IMPORTANT: All orders are shipped out usually within 48 hours after it is placed, but may take up to 7 business days (depending on how busy the store is). Please note that this is my hobby and not my full time job. As such, I try to ship these as soon as I can during the times that I am not already working. Thank you for your patience! U.S. Customers
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 USD for all customers in the U.S. or via Priority for $11.00 USD
Items are shipped in a bubble lined package and shipped via USPS First Class mail (3-5 Business days) or Priority 2 day shipping, if selected. Tracking is included for all orders and can be found on the order page once the items is shipped.

International Customers (any country outside the U.S.)
Shipping is a flat rate of $17 USD. There is also another option to have your shipment insured for $22 USD. **
We try to ship to most places in the world. We use USPS First Class International mail, using bubble lined padded envelopes and all items are covered in bubble wrap for extra protection for long shipping times. But, we can offer different shipping options, if you request it. Please contact us at: phoenixcustomsllc@gmail.com for requests.
Estimated shipping times vary. Estimated delivery can be anywhere from 6-40 days, depending on your location.

Returns Policy
Our primary goal is to give you the best product possible...period! If you have any problems with your order or would like to return it, please be sure to contact us immediately (phoenixcustomsllc@gmail.com). You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (if the item is returned completely and in good shape). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Your refund should arrive within four weeks after you send it to us if you are within the U.S., but most times it is much quicker This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
